Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT). This role is designed to prepare trainees to successfully pass the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams while enrolled in a MDH 75-hour NATCEP program.

Upon completion, you will progress to a CNA position within Monarch's Minnesota facilities. The program includes up to multiple attempts for exams and internal opportunities across 60+ skilled nursing and assisted living facilities; weekend/holiday

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• NAIT role to gain competency and prepare for Minnesota CNA exams.
• Complete MDH 75-hour NATCEP program and pass the Minnesota state exams within 4 months of hire.
• Participate in core duties for CNAs as deemed competent after training.
