Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) in Minnesota. The role prepares you to pass the MN Nursing Assistant competency exam and complete the NATCEP course (75 hours). After successful exams, you can apply for an internal CNA position at your facility.

You will be on a structured training path with the possibility to join a Monarch facility as a CNA upon competency and registry attainment within four months of hire.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsabilités

• Prepare NAITs to pass the Minnesota Nursing Assistant competency exam.
• Assist with duties similar to CNAs once deemed competent and registered.
