Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for the CNA exams. The NAIT must be actively enrolled in an approved Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire and will complete the course to take the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams within 4 months of hire.

The student is allowed 3 attempts for the Skills exam and 4 attempts for the Knowledge exam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at time of hire.
• Upon completion, you will take and pass the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams within 4 months of hire.
• Student is allowed 3 attempts for the Skills exam and 4 attempts for the Knowledge exam.
• As an NAIT, you will apply internally for the open CNA position at the facility of your choosing.
• As an NAIT, you will be responsible for most duties of a CNA as deemed competent after completion of at least 16 hours of training in core areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAITs to pass the Minnesota CNA competency exams.
• Assume CNA duties upon demonstrated competency after training requirements.
