Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. You must be actively enrolled in a approved Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire, and complete the course to take the CNA exams within 4 months of hire.

The student may have up to 3 skills attempts and 4 knowledge attempts. As an NAIT, you will perform many CNA duties once deemed competent after training, with English proficiency and availability for

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Active enrollment in a Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at time of hire.
• Completion of NATCEP and passing Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNA duties as deemed competent through training.
• Attend and complete required NATCEP hours and exams.
