Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. You must be enrolled in a MDH 75-hour NATCEP program and will complete exams within 4 months of hire, then apply for CNA. Training includes up to 16 hours in core areas.

Upon completion, you may transition to CNA within Monarch's network. We offer paid time off and competitive benefits as part of our supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• As an NAIT, you will be responsible for most duties of a certified nursing aide (CNA) as officially deemed competent through in part, completion of at least 16 hours of training in core areas.
