As an NAIT you will perform essential duties under supervision and gain hands-on experience across Monarch's care setting, with a clear path to a CNA role and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a MN MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire.
• Able to pass Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams within 4 months.
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with daily resident care under supervision.
• Learn and perform core CNA tasks as competency proves.
