Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams. You must be enrolled in a MN MDH 75-hour NATCEP program and will complete the course, then pass exams within 4 months to apply internally for a CNA position at a Monarch facility of your choosing.

As an NAIT, you will be responsible for performing CNA duties as deemed competent after training, with guidance as you gain experience in Monarch's

• Must be actively enrolled in a Minnesota MDH 75-hour NATCEP program.
• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays.
