Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) candidates in Minnesota. The role prepares you to pass the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant exams after enrollment in a 75-hour NATCEP program.

You will be supported to complete the required training and then apply for CNA positions within Monarch's facilities. Ideal candidates are enrolled in NATCEP, able to read and write English, and available on alternating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a MDH 75-hour NATCEP program.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work every other weekend and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with CNA duties as competency allows after training.
• Complete at least 16 hours of core-area training.
• Prepare to pass Minnesota CNA exams and transition internally.
