Job summary

Trustwell Living at Bell Gardens Place is seeking compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, dignity, and a homelike atmosphere in our community.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, state certification where required, and is willing to obtain CPR/First Aid. Weekend and holiday availability helps our team provide continuous care and stable growth opportunities.

• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a philosophy that supports dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with ADLs, environmental orientation, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services per resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Build positive relationships with residents and the care team.

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.


• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.


• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.


• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent


• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.


• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification


• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment


• Must be available some weekends and holidays*
