PACS is a nationwide provider delivering post-acute healthcare and support services. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care per care plans under supervision.

You will identify residents, document changes, and support daily activities with emphasis on safety and compassion. Responsibilities include timely reporting to supervisors, maintaining privacy of protected health information, and assisting with mobility and daily tasks to ensure

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general information related to resident care.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before treatments, meals, and activities using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report suspected disclosures.
• Assist with daily living activities and help prepare residents for medical tests or examinations.
• Ensure rooms are ready for new residents, greet and orient residents and roommates.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning, and aid in daily comfort and safety.
