PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will work under supervision to support resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, documenting care, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, assisting with meals, hygiene, mobility, and transports while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualificações

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations and accurate flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily activities, meals, hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
