Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristband/photo card before procedures.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are ready and residents comfortable.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood/body fluids and safety procedures.
