Job summary

PACS is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision guidelines. The role requires attention to detail, compassion, and strict adherence to privacy and safety policies.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, recording accurate information, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general material and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report violations.
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Help with lifting, turning, and repositioning residents.
• Ensure rooms are prepared for new residents and greet them.
• Observe and report pressure areas or skin issues.
