Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan. You will identify residents, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires respect for privacy and teamwork to maintain a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, feeding support, and preparing residents for examinations or tests.

Qualifications

• Must provide routine daily nursing care per assessment/c care plan.
• Identify residents with wristband/photo before procedures.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents with wristband/photo before treatments or meals.
• Record observations in flow sheets and charts with clarity.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident comfort and room readiness.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and transportation of residents.
• Deliver care in accordance with policies and procedures.
