Job summary

Regions Hospital is seeking an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to coordinate admissions and transfers in accordance with clinical standards and guidelines. The role supports bed optimization, expedites patient flow, and collaborates with physicians and staff to ensure timely care.

The supervisor will work with on-call executives during off-shifts/weekends and contribute to operational planning for care without delay. FTE .7, Evening Shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing and currently enrolled in a Baccalaureate degree program in Nursing with completion date required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission and transfer processes to use the best bed and level of care.
• Expedite admissions/transfer delays to promote timely access to care.
