Job summary

Qualifications

• RN program completion and current Minnesota RN licensure.
• Four years acute care RN experience with minimum two years in leadership roles.
• Staffing coordination and patient placement responsibilities in a hospital setting.
• CPR competency required on hire and refreshed biennially.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and transfers to Regions Hospital per clinical standards.
• Assign beds using criteria and care needs to optimize patient flow.
• Expedite admission/transfer delays to ensure timely access to care.
• Assist executives on-call with high‑risk issues during off-shifts and weekends.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to prioritize admissions and resource use.
