Chamberlain University in Houston is seeking a passionate Nursing Leader to join our Evening & Weekend Program as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. This role will shape the next generation of nurses by directing academic operations, supervising faculty, and collaborating on BSN program strategy.

You will ensure curriculum delivery aligns with accreditation standards, manage budgets, and embed Chamberlain Care principles across operations while supporting clinical placements and program

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure required.
• Minimum 2+ years in nursing education at BSN level or higher.
• 2+ years in simulation or clinical experience development/participation.
• 2+ years leadership experience in an academic setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day academic operations and supervise faculty.
• Partner with the Dean on BSN program goals and strategy.
• Develop faculty performance and teaching standards.
• Coordinate budgets and resource allocation for programs.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Support clinical placement of nursing students.
• Lead program expansion and new academic initiatives.
