Chamberlain University in the United States seeks an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to lead day-to-day academic operations, supervise faculty, and partner with the Dean on BSN program goals. The role emphasizes curriculum delivery, accreditation readiness, and embedding Chamberlain Care in operations.

It requires a Master’s in nursing with licensure, 2+ years in nursing education at the bachelor level or higher, and leadership experience.

Formación

• Master's Degree in nursing required, doctoral degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered Professional nursing licensure required.
• 2+ years experience in nursing education at the bachelor level or above required.
• 2+ years in simulation and/or clinical experience development/participation required.
• 2+ years previous leadership experience required.
• 2+ years in acute patient care (trauma, emergency or medical-surgical) preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Proven ability in recruiting, onboarding, and faculty development.
• Budget planning, resource management, and change leadership experience.
• Strategic thinking and ability to interpret policy.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implements academic strategy under Dean's direction; manages faculty schedules and performance.
• Recruit, select, onboard and retain qualified faculty.
• Lead performance management for assigned faculty with ongoing evaluation.
• Collaborate on budgets and resource planning.
• Ensure curriculum delivery meets accreditation benchmarks.
