Job summary

Chamberlain University’s Houston campus seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to join the Evening & Weekend Program as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. This role directs day-to-day academic operations and supervises faculty to ensure high teaching standards.

You will collaborate with the Dean to drive BSN program goals, manage budgets, support curriculum changes, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping the next generation of nurses in a dynamic teaching environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Unencumbered nursing licensure required.
• 2+ years nursing education at bachelor level or above.
• 2+ years in simulation/clinical experience development.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting and resource management skills.

Responsibilities
