Exeter Center is seeking a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) for a full-time 40-hour position in Exeter, NH. The role focuses on delivering compliant, high-quality health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction on the unit.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate nursing coverage, supervise staff, coordinate training with the Nurse Educator, oversee medication management, and provide direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in the state where the center operates.
• At least one year of nurse management experience.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe nursing coverage.
• Provide supervision to non-professional unit staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Nurse Educator.
• Oversee medication management per policy.
• Provide direct patient care alongside unit nurses.
