Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced RN to serve as direct supervisor in the Emergency Department. This role oversees daily clinical operations and staff, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in a busy seacoast setting.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, NH license (or Compact), BSN, and ANCC certification within 18 months of hire. Strong leadership, mentoring, and data-driven improvement skills are essential.

The Emergency Department at Exeter Hospital cares for a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical needs. With annual volumes of approximately 33,000 patients, the department is one of the busiest in the Seacoast area. In addition to the main Emergency Department, comprised of 21 beds, there is a 6-bed Minor Care area. Our Emergency Department nurses possess strong clinical assessment skills, superior judgment, and the ability to manage challenging situations and set priorities. They care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses in the following settings: triage, critical care, trauma care, emergency care and the Minor Emergency Care Unit (MECU).
