- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide and direct clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift; ensure policy and regulation compliance.
- Facilitate care delivery model implementation, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe 24/7 care and minimize overtime/agency usage.
