Job summary

Interim HealthCare Exeter is seeking an experienced Overnight RN to join an inpatient 20-bed med-surg unit in Exeter, NH. You will work alongside a fellow overnight RN to provide compassionate care through the night, helping patients stay connected with caregivers and ensuring continuity of care.

The role requires an active NH RN license and comfort with night shifts. You’ll be part of a supportive staffing partner that handles placement and offers ongoing support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH is required.
• Comfort and confidence working night shifts.
• Strong clinical skills in med-surg or inpatient care.
• Team player who communicates well and stays calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality med-surg level nursing care to inpatients overnight.
• Partner closely with a co-assigned RN to manage the 20-bed unit.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including flu and other medical-surgical conditions.
• Collaborate with the facility's care team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care.
