Job summary

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS documented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned shift to ensure high quality patient care.
• Assist with staff meetings and mentoring; support staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership on budget planning and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead lean/process improvement initiatives and unit huddles.
