Jackson North Medical Center, Emergency Department in North Miami Beach, is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for a full-time day shift. The role reports to the Nurse Manager and oversees daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality care and staff competency.

Responsibilities include leading staff meetings, Lean/process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with leadership to meet budget and staffing targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid Florida RN license required.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with 6 months validity.
• 3–5 years of related experience; management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned shift to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead nursing staff, conduct staff meetings, and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager on strategic operations and staffing.
