• Oversee daily operations of the assigned shift to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
• Lead nursing staff, ensure competency and appropriate utilization of resources.
• Partner with Nurse Manager on strategic unit operations and staffing plans.
• Model CARE values and promote a Just Culture in daily practice.
• Participate in budget planning and cost-management efforts for the unit.
