Qualificações

• Current Connecticut RN License.
• BSN from an accredited nursing program (required).
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association; Arrhythmia Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a work group within North 12 to ensure high quality, cost-effective patient care.
• Schedule and assign work; monitor progress and productivity.
• Coach, develop and provide input to performance evaluations; support staff development.
• Implement and monitor departmental goals aligned with the organization’s strategy.
• Utilize evidence-based practices under the Nurse Manager’s direction to meet patient needs.
