Qualifikationen

• Current Connecticut RN License.

• BLS certification by the American Heart Association and proof of Arrhythmia Certification required prior to date of hire.
• Prior leadership experience and/or unit committee work highly preferred.
• Specialty certification highly preferred.
• Strong communications skills required - both written and verbal.

• Schedule and assign work, resolve processing problems, monitor progress, and manage workload.
• Coaches and develops staff, provides input to performance evaluations, and aligns goals with organizational strategy.
