Job summary

Henry Ford Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a flexible float pool across Henry Ford Health system. Shifts are Nights, with a contingent 72 hours per month, across multiple hospital locations in Michigan.

The RN will provide comprehensive care in medical and surgical units, adapting to different settings while maintaining high standards. This role enhances skills through varied assignments within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Two years of related clinical nursing experience.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Current BLS; ACLS, NRP, and EFM where required.
Up-to-date TB and vaccine requirements.

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and identify nursing problems proactively, often before changes become apparent.
Develop and implement individualized, effective nursing care plans based on assessment.
Perform a comprehensive range of professional nursing services across medical and surgical patients.
Communicate clearly with patients, families and staff to ensure coordinated care.
Adapt quickly to different clinical environments while maintaining quality of care across units.
Demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical thinking to address nursing challenges.
