Henry Ford Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse to support flexible, hospital-wide float coverage in Michigan. This contingent role offers night shifts with 24 hours per month, placing you across multiple hospital locations as needed.

You will provide direct patient care, perform complex assessments, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions while collaborating with a broad interdisciplinary team. A BSN is preferred; two to three years of medical/surgical experience is typical.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred but not always mandatory.
• Two to three years of recent clinical nursing experience in medical/surgical settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care across medical and surgical units.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based nursing care plans.
