This contingent role requires adaptability across multiple units, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work night shifts while maintaining high standards of patient care.

You will engage in direct patient care, assessments, and interventions across diverse populations, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to varied clinical settings.

Qualifications

• RN with graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in ICU settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, educate patients, and support post-operative care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Orient rapidly to different units and care protocols within the float pool environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives with nursing leadership.
• Work assigned day and night shifts as scheduled.
