Henry Ford Staffing is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our system float pool for Medical/Surgical units across multiple locations in Michigan. You will assess and manage nursing care, develop individualized plans, and provide evidence-based interventions in a fast-paced environment.

Night shifts are available, with contingent- 72 hours per month. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and opportunities to work across varied units while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two years of related clinical nursing experience.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, NRP, and EFM where required.
• Up-to-date TB and vaccine requirements (e.g., flu).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and identify nursing problems proactively, often before explicit changes in vital signs or clinical indicators become apparent.
• Develop and implement individualized, effective nursing care plans based on clinical assessment and patient-specific needs.
• Perform a comprehensive range of professional nursing services across medical and surgical patient populations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary hospital personnel to ensure coordinated care.
• Adapt quickly to different clinical environments while maintaining consistent quality of care across multiple unit assignments.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge and analytical thinking to address complex nursing situations and patient care challenges
