Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Two years of related clinical nursing experience.
Willingness to float to multiple locations within the health system.
Clinical knowledge to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across units, developing and evaluating individualized nursing care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify potential complications.
Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Orient quickly to different units, populations, and care protocols within the float pool.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Support quality improvement initiatives and safe patient care standards.
Work assigned day and night shifts as scheduled.
