SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a full-time night shift in Richmond Heights, MO. You will oversee nursing staff and patient care, ensuring compliance with standards under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Supervisor | $42-$60/hour | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Rate:$42-$60 based on years of experience

Shift Diffs: $3 weekend + $7 nights

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Night 6:45p-7:15a - Every 3rd weekend in rotation

Responsibilities

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

• Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Instructing and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Preferred qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• CRRN preferred
