Encompass Health Corporation seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in our inpatient rehabilitation settings. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate patient programs, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures while mentoring staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care within a nationally recognized rehab system.

Formación

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BSN preferred.
• CRRN certification within a year of starting.
• ACLS certification within a year of meeting eligibility.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit.
• Monitoring and managing staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfiveyears).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
