Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state regulations.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership role with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitoring and managing staff with feedback, evaluations, and performance discussions.
• Taking patient care as needed and building relationships to support recovery.

• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
