Job summary

You will partner with administration and nursing staff to develop care programs, mentor staff, and deliver compassionate, high-quality outcomes for patients and families while advancing your leadership career.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in required state.
• ACLS certification to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitor staff, provide on-the-spot feedback, and conduct annual evaluations.
• Provide patient care as needed and build relationships with patients and families.

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
