Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation in Owasso, OK seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will ensure policy implementation, guide care plans, and maintain high-quality, compassionate patient services.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with administration and staff, and ongoing staff development to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state or multi-state endorsement.
• BSN preferred; board certifications welcomed where applicable.
• ACLS certification required or to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within one year of starting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs and policies.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, evaluations, and coaching.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and build recovery-focused relationships.

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
