This role supports staffing, calendars, and documentation to ensure seamless patient care. The candidate should have confidentiality, staffing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Recruiting/staffing experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, shifts and patient/family communications.
• Report and document missed shifts; maintain logs and calendars.
• Answer phones and relay information to nurses and families.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and distribute schedules to staff.
• Update directors and HR on changes in nurse staffing.
• Maintain client schedules and ensure accuracy per authorization periods.
• Handle office mail and ensure timely distribution.
• Assist with onboarding and screening of field personnel.
