Concordia Visiting Nurses Baden is seeking a Clinical Scheduler to organize and manage nursing staff schedules, ensuring timely client care and clear communication with families and clinicians.

You will handle daily scheduling, coordinate admissions, and maintain accurate records while upholding HIPAA standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, and strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for clinical staff based on client needs and availability.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to clients, families, and staff.
• Respond to last-minute changes and urgent client needs to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, authorizations, and client information in scheduling software and EHRs, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate admissions, initial visits, and transitions of care with the Clinical Manager and Intake team.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and patient-centered customer service.
