Job summary

Brookestone View is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Scheduler (CNA/MA) to organize nursing schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and support resident care.

The role requires Nebraska CNA/MA certification, strong organizational skills, and experience with scheduling systems. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to meet staffing goals and deliver coordinated care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA and/or Medication Aide certification in Nebraska.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and scheduling systems experience.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for the nursing department and ensure shift coverage.
• Communicate scheduling needs with nursing staff and manage schedule changes.
• Maintain staffing records and assist with call-ins and open shifts.
• Work with nursing leadership to support staffing goals and compliance.
• Contribute to a positive experience for team members and residents.
