You'll coordinate staffing, communicate scheduling needs with the nursing team, manage changes, and maintain staffing records while ensuring compliance with scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Nebraska CNA and/or Medication Aide certification
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and scheduling systems experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing schedules for the nursing department.
• Communicate scheduling needs with nursing staff and leadership.
• Manage schedule changes and call-ins; coordinate open shifts.
