Brookestone View in Nebraska is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Scheduler (CNA/MA) to keep our nursing schedules organized, staffed, and running smoothly for residents' care. You'll coordinate staffing, communicate scheduling needs with the nursing team, manage changes, and maintain staffing records while ensuring compliance with scheduling requirements.

Formación

• Nebraska CNA and/or Medication Aide certification

What You'll Do

As the Nurse Scheduler, you'll coordinate staffing schedules for the nursing department, ensuring appropriate coverage for each shift while supporting operational needs and resident care. You'll communicate regularly with nursing staff regarding scheduling needs, manage schedule changes, coordinate shift coverage, maintain staffing records, and assist with call-ins and open shifts. You'll work closely with nursing leadership to support staffing goals, maintain compliance with scheduling requirements, and help create a positive experience for both team members and residents. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role.

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA and/or Medication Aide certification in Nebraska
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
