Job summary
Byron Wellness Community in Indiana is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to partner with nursing leadership and frontline staff to ensure schedules are organized and coverage needs are met. You will play a key role in supporting daily nursing operations and ensuring a smooth workflow for residents and staff.

Qualifications
- Must possess a high school education or its equivalent.
- Associates Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining staffing schedules and employee contact information.
- Coordinating monthly nursing schedules and shift coverage.
- Assisting employees with scheduling forms, requests, and staffing questions.
- Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and staffing needs.
- Working closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leaders to address scheduling concerns.
- Posting schedules, worksheets, and staffing updates.
- Assisting with new employee orientation scheduling and coordination.
- Supporting in-service training and education recordkeeping.
- Maintaining staffing records and required documentation.
- Assisting with administrative projects and reports as needed.
- Supporting efficient daily nursing operations.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll help ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support daily nursing operations.
- Maintaining staffing schedules and employee contact information

Full time available
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
