Byron Wellness Community is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to organize and optimize nursing schedules and daily operations, ensuring residents receive timely care. You will work with nursing leadership to cover shifts, manage attendance, and support orientation and training records.

A high school diploma is required, with Associates Degree preferred, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining staffing schedules and employee contact information.
• Coordinating monthly nursing schedules and shift coverage.
• Assisting employees with scheduling forms, requests, and staffing questions.
• Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and staffing needs.
• Working closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leaders to address scheduling concerns.
• Posting schedules, worksheets, and staffing updates.
• Assisting with new employee orientation scheduling and coordination.
• Supporting in-service training and education recordkeeping.
• Maintaining staffing records and required documentation.
• Assisting with administrative projects and reports as needed.
• Supporting efficient daily nursing operations.
• Most importantly, you\'ll help ensure residents have the care they need by supporting the team members who provide it.
