Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. The role supports underserved populations and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Relocation assistance is available.

Key responsibilities include patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering tests, prescribing within scope, and developing treatment plans with the Medical Director. EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California RN and NP license.
• Current NP board certification.
• Current DEA certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community health.
• Commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or underserved communities.
• Comfortable treating three patients per hour.
• EPIC experience.
• In-basket management competency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history and physicals).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Develop treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education and counseling.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality care.
