Job summary
SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in the Greater Sacramento area. This full-time role supports underserved populations within a community health setting, collaborating with physicians and care teams.
Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually, with relocation assistance. Requires CA RN/NP licensure, NP board certification, DEA and BLS, EPIC experience, and 1–2 years in community health.
Qualifications
- Active California RN and Nurse Practitioner license is required.
- Current Nurse Practitioner board certification and DEA certificate.
- BLS certification is required; EPIC experience is preferred.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience, community health experience preferred.
- Fluency in additional languages strongly preferred (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations including history and physicals.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in primary care.
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications within scope and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide preventive care and health education to patients.
