Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Burlington, NJ seeks a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. This on-site role collaborates with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet patient care goals.

New grads welcome; two years geriatric experience preferred. Base salary range $120,640–$126,880 per year plus incentive compensation, with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing school with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult/Family preferred).
PA candidates must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass the PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification required.
Minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
APRN/PA must hold valid licenses and DEA where practicing.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care plans.
Contribute to AlignMed Partners' mission of high-quality care and compassionate service.
