Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a Part Time to Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Pennsburg Manor Center, PA. The role offers a base hourly rate of $58–$60 with a no-cap incentive program, 40-hour work week options, and comprehensive benefits. 2+ years geriatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a Master's in Nursing (Older Adult and/or Family NP).
• Nurse Practitioner licensed; PA path includes ARC-PA program and PANCE; PA licensure in applicable states; NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the medical team.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals and patient care priorities.
