AlignMed Partners seeks a part-timeAdvanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Cedar Grove, NJ. On-site collaboration with leadership ensures center goals are met while providing compassionate care with rigorous documentation.

A minimum of two years' geriatric experience is preferred and licensure requirements are specified for NP/PA roles. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $58–$62 with a no-cap incentive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license and NP master’s degree.
• NP concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nursing Practice preferred.
• PA must graduate from ARC‑PA accredited program and pass PANCE; active PA license.
• Minimum two years’ experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on goals and priorities.
• Deliver high quality health care with compassion and documentation accuracy.
